Dr. Chelsea Phillips
Dr. Chelsea Phillips is a skilled orthodontist with a strong academic background and a passion for helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Originally from Houston, Texas, she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC.
She completed her orthodontic residency and Master’s degree at Saint Louis University’s Center for Advanced Dental Education and holds a Certificate in Orthodontics.
Dr. Phillips believes orthodontics is about more than straightening teeth—it’s about building relationships and helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment. She prioritizes clear communication so patients and families fully understand their care and feel comfortable every step of the way.

After dental school, Dr. Phillips returned to the DC area in 2018 and now proudly serves the local community.
Outside the office, she enjoys live music, museums, and theater, as well as spending time outdoors. She also enjoys puzzles, strategy games, and exploring new restaurants. Dr. Phillips is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and is an avid blood donor.
